Date Night Edit
An evening look that feels confident and a little seductive
For a special evening it can be a little more. But I still want to feel like me. This edit is my go-to when I want to feel a bit seductive, but elegant.
It’s all about a warm, defined eye with some depth, an even base and a soft nude on the lips. No harsh contrast, just a look that feels put together and is extra pretty in candlelight.
My tip: a bit of bronze on the eyes suits almost every eye colour, and at night it looks warmer and softer than a cool grey. Calm and confident, that’s the vibe.
How I build my date-night look
I start with the eyes, before the base goes on. That way I can just wipe away any fallout without ruining my skin. A warm shade in the crease, some depth in the outer corner and a soft line along the lashes. That’s all you need.
Then an even base, with concealer under the eyes and around the nose. At night your skin can look a little fuller, just never like a mask. Finish with a nude lipstick that matches your natural lip colour.
For me, the most important thing about a date look: it stays put without me thinking about it. A lipstick in your clutch is enough for touch-ups. The rest of the night is all yours.
